In most cases returns are not necessary.
We may ask a customer to return an item but returns are not part of our refund policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Rollief is guaranteed for 60 days after delivery. If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with Rollief, contact us for a full refund including taxes and shipping charges. Only one refund allowed per household.
Exchanges (if applicable)
